142 16th Street Park Slope
Brooklyn, New York
<Back
A couple purchased a circa 1890's townhouse in Brooklyn's historic Park Slope section. The house had been converted into a 3 family house at some point, and they wanted to return it to single family status. The house had previously been stripped of all of its historical details. The exterior had also lost much of its former charm. The couple wanted to add some of the historic character back into the house. At the same time, they wanted an up-to-date home, with all new mechanical systems and central air conditioning. They also desired a façade that brought back the original look of the house.
We were able to deliver to them with a matter of months, a finished product that met their needs for comfort, modern amenities, and historic charm, and all within their budget.
